7.8.4.21.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
适用于同轴电缆的特性，同轴电缆是一种具有可变数量铜制同轴线对导体的铜缆，用于通过电信号（尤其是在射频下）传输数据。此属性集适用于预定义类型为 CABLESEGMENT 的 IfcCableSegment 的类型或实例。
