5.4.3.45.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
IfcRelAdheresToElement 是一个元素与一个或多个附着在该元素表面上的表面特征元素之间的对象化关系。该关系被定义为一对多关系。IfcRelAdheresToElement 在主元素和次表面特征之间建立聚合关系。
IfcRelAdheresToElement 暗示了元素几何体和表面特征之间的表面接口。与所有分解关系一样，它确定：
- 存在性依赖 - RelatedSurfaceFeature 不存在于 RelatingElement 之外
- 层级和非循环关系 - IfcRelAdheresToElement 只能改变单个 IfcElement
- 无空间包含 - 作为相关元素的 IfcSurfaceFeature 从不参与层级空间包含关系 IfcRelContainedInSpatialStructure
