5.1.3.32 IfcRelAssociatesLibrary 关系库关联
5.1.3.32.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
对象化关系 (IfcRelAssociatesLibrary) 处理将库项（IfcLibrarySelect 选择集中的项）分配给 IfcObjectDefinition 或 IfcPropertyDefinition 的子类型。
该关系用于将库引用或更详细的库信息链接分配给对象、属性集或类型。单个库引用可以应用于多个项。
继承的属性 RelatedObjects 定义了应用库关联的项。属性 RelatingLibrary 是应用于项（们）的库引用的引用。
