8.11.2.30.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
标识符是一种允许识别单个事物的字母数字字符串。它可能不提供自然语言含义。
类型：最多255个字符的字符串
IFC 2x4 CHANGE 先前建议的 255 个字符大小限制现已成为强制性要求。
值限制
作为仅用于识别目的的机器可读字符串，标识符通常是机器生成且与区域设置无关的（与人类可读标签_IfcLabel_相对）。
