5.1.3.8.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
IfcPreDefinedPropertySet 是所有分配给对象或类型对象的静态定义的属性集的泛化。静态或预定义的属性集是具有特定定义数据类型的固定属性列表的实体。
属性集通过使用引用相应对象的关联对象来与其他对象相关联：
- 实例对象：使用逆向属性 DefinesOccurrence 的 IfcRelDefinesByProperties。
- 类型对象：通过逆向属性 DefinesType 进行直接链接。
IfcPreDefinedPropertySet 可以分配给对象和对象类型，但没有定义属性集模板。
