7.11.3.9.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
IfcReinforcementDefinitionProperties 定义了钢筋混凝土建筑构件中包含的钢筋的横截面属性。该属性集定义可用于现浇和预制结构。
此 IfcPropertySetDefinition 的子类型用于在设计早期阶段定义钢筋属性，例如在需求定义或方案设计阶段。在后期设计阶段，使用 IfcReinforcingElement 子类型的显式实例。预期的用途可以通过 DefinitionType 属性值作为标识符来指示：推荐值是“Reinforcement area requirement”（钢筋面积要求）或“Reinforcement configuration requirement”（钢筋配置要求）。根据当地标准可以使用其他值。
对于每个混凝土建筑构件，在 DefinitionType 属性值指示的每个预期用途下，只使用一种此类属性集定义。然后，该集合定义了在离散数量的纵向截面中，作为 IfcSectionReinforcementProperties 实例（每个结构钢筋角色一个）的横截面属性列表，而这些截面又将截面横截面属性定义为截面和数量钢筋属性，每个钢筋等级/钢筋类型一个。
