5.1.3.26.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
对象化的关系 IfcRelAssignsToProcess 用于处理将一个或多个对象分配给过程或活动。对象可以是过程在其上运行的产品。过程和活动可以对产品以外的事物进行操作，并且可以以输入和输出以外的方式进行操作。
继承的特性 RelatedObjects 提供了过程操作的对象或对象类型的引用。RelatingProcess 是对对象进行操作的过程或过程类型。操作类型在继承的特性 Name 中捕获。
IFC4变更 RelatingProcess_数据类型已扩展至同时包含_IfcTypeProcess
