6.1.3.29.1 语义定义（Semantic definition）
IfcRelCoversBldgElements 关系是一种对象化的关系，用于表达建筑构件与其所覆盖的一个或多个覆盖层之间的关联。
IFC 规范提供了两种关系：
- IfcRelCoversBldgElements 用于将覆盖层分配给构件。
注意：此关系现已弃用，由 IfcRelAggregates 替代。
- IfcRelCoversSpaces 用于将覆盖层分配给空间
注意：此关系现已弃用，由 IfcRelContainedInSpatialStructure 替代。
覆盖层与空间之间的关系，或覆盖层与构件之间的关系，何者被视为主要关系，必须在模型视图定义的上下文中确定。
